YOUTUBE & AMC NETWORKS PARTNER TO LAUNCH AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, SUNDANCE TV, WE TV AND BBC WORLD NEWS ON YOUTUBE TV

NEW LIVE TV SERVICE WILL OFFER MUST-SEE, ACCLAIMED SHOWS FROM AMC NETWORKS TO ALL OF ITS MEMBERS, INCLUDING “THE WALKING DEAD,” “BETTER CALL SAUL,”

Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY (April 5, 2017) — YouTube and AMC Networks today announced that YouTube TV –  YouTube’s new live TV streaming service –  will offer AMC Networks’ leading channels and popular and acclaimed programming.

AMC Networks’ channels – AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, SundanceTV, WE tv and BBC World News – will be included soon after the launch of YouTube TV, available for $35/month. The offering will bring YouTube viewers access to some of TV’s most popular and critically-acclaimed shows, including the biggest show on TV, AMC’s The Walking Dead, as well as the award-winning Better Call Saul; BBC AMERICA’s Planet Earth II, Orphan Black and Doctor Who; IFC’s Brockmire and Portlandia; SundanceTV’s Hap and Leonard and Top of the Lake; WE tv’s Mama June and Braxton Family Values; and BBC World News.

In addition, YouTube TV will also offer AMC Networks’ premium subscription-video-on-demand services Sundance Now, dedicated to independent film, TV series and documentaries for $7/month, and Shudder, offering movies for fans of thriller, supernatural and horror films, for $5/month.
