Defending National Champion Miami Hurricanes Return to Fox Sports Net For 2002 Season

Comprehensive Coverage Includes 12 Regular Season Games and

(SUNRISE, FL) – Fox Sports Net Florida today announced all 12 regular season University of Miami Hurricane games, produced by Fox Sports Net, will air on tape delay Sundays at 5;00pm (Complete schedule below).

The University of Miami looks to defend its national championship and returns to Fox Sports Net Florida for the eighth consecutive season. Important match ups include the season opener against Florida A&M (on FSN 9/1), and meetings with the University of Florida (on FSN 9/8), Florida State (on FSN 10/13), Tennessee (on FSN 11/10) and Syracuse (on FSN 12/1). Frank Forte provides play-by-play for all Hurricanes games on Fox Sports Net. John Congemi will not return as color analyst this season, as he has accepted an opportunity to announce nationally televised games. Fox Sports Net will name a new color analyst for University of Miami games shortly.

Also returning to Fox Sports Net's impressive college football lineup is HURRICANE GAME DAY WITH LARRY COKER, a weekly insider's look at the team each Saturday at 11;30am. The 30-minute program premieres August 24 at a special time, 12;30pm, and airs throughout the season.
