Fox Sports Net Chicago to Carry Major League Baseball Championship Series Game

Viewers to see National League Championship Series Game 5 Live on Sunday, October 21 at 6:30 pm

(CHICAGO) – Fox Sports Net Chicago announced today it will provide viewers with live coverage of Game 5 of the National League Championship Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Atlanta Braves, beginning at 6:30 pm. James J. Corno, Fox Sports Net Chicago's Senior Vice President/General Manager, made the announcement.

Due to the rescheduling of MLB games late in the regular season, Game 4 of the ALCS and Game 5 of the NLCS, will be played simultaneously. To ensure complete national coverage of both games, one will air on FOX broadcast affiliates throughout the region, with the other game airing concurrently on Fox Sports Net Chicago.

"This is just another example of the programming strength our network offers," said Corno. "We're delighted that we have the flexibility and resources to bring these Major League Baseball post-season games to our viewers."
