NEW YORK, NY – April 29, 2008 – Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, (NYSE: CVC), today announced the promotion of Mike DiPasquale from senior vice president, Operations to executive vice president, Operations. He will continue to report to Josh Sapan, president and chief executive officer, Rainbow Media.
Mr. DiPasquale is responsible for leading the operations of several key areas of Rainbow Media's corporate infrastructure. These include managing: 11 Penn TV, a unit that oversees Rainbow Media's New York City studios and post production activities; Rainbow Network Communications, the company's full service network programming and distribution company; and Rainbow's Creative Services, Information Systems, Research and Facilities departments. With this promotion, he will take on oversight and management of PVI Virtual Media Services, which provides real-time virtual enhancement technology solutions for television.
Mr. DiPasquale has been with Rainbow Media Holdings since the company was founded, nearly three decades ago. He has held a variety of management positions to support the company's growth and the evolution of its businesses into robust entertainment brands, including director of Accounting, director of Finance, vice president of Finance, and senior vice president of Finance and Operations.

Mr. DiPasquale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Hofstra University, and is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM). He also serves as a board member for the Accompora Foundation.
