WE tv Expands Marketing Team

Jennifer McGuigan named Vice President,
Trade Marketing for WE tv

Keren Unrad named Director,
Advertising and Branding for WE tv

New York, NY, October 30, 2007 – WE tv announced today the expansion of the network's marketing team with Jennifer Kranz as Vice President of Advertising and Branding and Jennifer McGuigan as Vice President of Trade Marketing. Further strengthening the team, Keren Unrad was named Director of Advertising and Branding. Kranz and McGuigan will report to Kenetta Bailey, SVP of Marketing for WE tv, Unrad will report to Kranz. Together the team will continue to brand the network to the trade and consumer communities by identifying, developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize the brand across all platforms and audiences.

"The infrastructure we have created with the marketing team fosters continued growth and heightens brand recognition for the network. Collectively, they will shepard the day-to-day process of disseminating the WE tv message across all platforms including advertising campaigns, promotions branded entertainment opportunities and special events," said Bailey. Formerly head of Ad Sales Marketing Strategy and then Consumer Marketing at Lifetime, Kranz also had tenure at NBC Universal where she worked on both the SCI FI Channel and USA Network brands. Prior to that she was a producer at Time Warner. She holds a Master's degree from NYU.

McGuigan previously served as vice president of ad sales marketing at the Hallmark Channel, where she created revenue generating custom promotions and sponsorships for clients as part of the Sponsorship Solutions Unit. McGuigan is a graduate of Middlebury College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Unrad comes from the Consumer Marketing group at Oxygen network where she oversaw day-to-day execution of key consumer advertising campaigns and national promotions. Previous to her tenure at Oxygen she worked as an advertising media strategist at agencies Merkely and Partners, Pedone and Partners Advertising, The Media Kitchen and Zenith Media. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and recently completed her MBA at New York University.
