Allison Clarke Appointed Vice President of National Advertising Sales for WE tv

NEW YORK, NY – April 28, 2008 – Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), the advertising arm of parent company Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, has appointed Allison Clarke to Vice President of National Advertising Sales for WE tv. Clarke was formerly Advertising Sales Director for NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, Bravo Network. In her new role at WE tv, Clarke is charged with growing the base of advertisers interested in reaching WE tv's core audience of women, the majority of whom are in a major life stage, or accumulation stage, and serve as the key decision makers in the home. Clarke reports to Scott Collins, Senior Vice President of National Advertising Sales for WE tv.

Clarke started her career in 1996 as an advertising sales assistant for MTV Networks Nickelodeon/Nick-At-Nite/TV Land networks and was later promoted to senior advertising sales planning analyst. Following MTV Networks, she went to USA Networks as an advertising sales planner. She spent eight years at USA Networks, which was later purchased by NBC Universal, and continued to move up the ad sales ranks from Advertising Sales Account Executive, USA Network/Sci-Fi Channel/Bravo/TRIO/UNI HD, to Advertising Sales Director, Bravo.

Allison resides in Old Bethpage, NY with her husband Kevin, and their two daughters, Cassidy and Emily. Allison is a huge Yankees fan and reality television junkie (when she finds the time).
