AMC Networks Promotes John Pezzini to Vice President, Western Division

CHICAGO, IL, JUNE 9, 2003 – AMC NETWORKS has promoted John Pezzini to Vice President, Western Division, it was announced today by Kim Martin, Executive Vice President, Distribution & Affiliate Marketing for AMC NETWORKS. Pezzini was promoted from his previous role as Director, Western Division for AMC NETWORKS.


In his new role, John Pezzini will be responsible for the management of the Los Angeles sales and marketing team which is responsible for the distribution of AMC, WE: WOMEN’S ENTERTAINMENT and FUSE within a 13 state region. In addition, Pezzini’s responsibilities include client relationships with Cable One, DirecTV, Echostar and the Comcast Mountain and Pacific Divisions. John Pezzini will report to Joe Glennon, Senior Vice President, Western Division.


Pezzini joined AMC Networks in 2001. Before joining the Western Division, he was General Manager of Cable One Systems in California and Arizona, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the systems. Prior to that, Pezzini held positions at TCI, Continental Cablevision and WorldCom. A resident of Los Angeles, Pezzini is married and is a graduate of University of San Francisco.
