JERICHO, NY, November 5, 2002 – On Sunday and Monday, November 10-11, AMC presents the “Best Vets” festival honoring those who have served in the U.S. armed forces. The two-day observance of Veterans Day features seven war movies, exploring both the challenges and the after-effects of serving on the front lines.
The festival begins on Sunday, November 10, at 12:35 PM (ET) with THE SAND PEBBLES (1966). Steve McQueen delivers an Oscar
