Hosted by Trainer Sue Fleming

Mag Rack's Popular "Bikini Abs" Block Returns with New Segments and Fleming as Host

New York – May 2, 2005 – Time to pump up and head back to the beach! On May 5, Mag Rack, the original video-on-demand television network, will launch a new series of fitness segments based on the celebrated Buff books, hosted by author and fitness trainer Sue Fleming. The original series debuts on Mag Rack's Number One hit show, Personal Trainer, in conjunction with the second season of Mag Rack's highly successful – and highly motivating – on-air fitness promotion, Bikini Abs.

Mag Rack's Buff fitness series is designed for folks on the go looking for quick and targeted body fixes. The first new segment to debut on Personal Trainer is "Buff in Bikinis" as part of the Bikini Abs promotion. A new exercise created by Fleming will premiere each month on Personal Trainer, including "Buff in Shorts," "Buff in Little Black Dress," "Buff in Tank-Top," and "Buff on Your Bum" (exercise routines for traveling or sitting at your desk).

Hosted by Fleming, Bikini Abs cross-promotes Mag Rack's Personal Trainer, Yoga Retreat, and Pilates programs and will feature 10 invigorating and effective workout segments to whip winter-coated bodies back into shape. Bikini Abs runs in all markets where Mag Rack is available from May 5 through June 16.

"Mag Rack's first-ever original fitness series and Sue Fleming as our exclusive host further elevates our position as the leading on-demand network," said Cyndy Cecil, Vice President of Programming, Mag Rack and sportskool. " Personal Trainer is consistently the most watched title on Mag Rack, with last year's first Bikini Abs promotion ranking number two among all Mag Rack program categories. Our fitness shows are a running hit with viewers, and we look forward to seeing our popularity grow."
