Fox Sports Net Wins Two APTRA News Awards

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The Associated Press Television-Radio Association of California & Nevada (APTRA) recognized Fox Sports Net for its commitment to quality programming by awarding the network with two APTRA Awards. Ted Griggs, Vice President of Programming and Operations, FOX Sports Net Bay Area, made the announcement.

Fox Sports Net’s APTRA Award winners are:

Fox Sports Net Bay Area – "Juego de Pelota (Play Ball)" Ted Griggs, J.D. Pruess, Abraham Mendoza, Jack Pavelick

Fox Sports Net Bay Area – "Arthur Lee: Stranger in a Strange Land" J.D. Pruess

"To bring home two APTRA Awards is an indication of the collective efforts of the entire Fox Sports Net programming and production staff," said Griggs. "We are proud to work with some of the most talented people in the business and are honored by the recognition."

The APTRA Awards will be presented Saturday, March 2 at the Paradise Pier Hotel at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.
