Fuse Amps Up Management Team

Music Network Continues Aggressive Advertising Stance with Promotion of Anthony D’Arrigo to Vice President of Advertising Sales

Follows Previous Additions of Theano Apostolou Appointed VP of Media Relations and Evan Fleischer Named Director of Marketing

(New York, NY) June 21, 2004 – Fuse today announced that Anthony D’Arrigo has been promoted to Vice President of Advertising Sales at the all-music, viewer-influenced network. This follows earlier appointments of Theano Apostolou as Vice President of Media Relations and Evan Fleischer joining as Director of Marketing.

Since joining Fuse in 2000 as an Account Executive, Mr. D’Arrigo has been a driving force behind Fuse’s advertising sales department, working his way up the ranks as Director of Sales and now VP of Ad Sales. In his new role, he will focus on developing integrated marketing strategies for the Fuse client roster. Mr. D’Arrigo will continue to bring aboard clients that fit with the network’s demographic as he has done with such noteworthy names as X-Box, Coca-Cola Johnson & Johnson, Sony PlayStation, and most recently Pepsi.

“Anthony’s passion and commitment have played a pivotal role in establishing Fuse among the client and buying communities,” says Corey Silverman, Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales at Fuse. “Over the past four years, he has done an amazing job of forging innovative, integrated partnerships with major advertisers, generating significant value for clients and for Fuse.”

Prior to joining the music network, Mr. D’Arrigo was the Director of Sales Operations at the A & E Television Networks for seven years, where he oversaw sales systems administration and training as well as working with the CAB on EDI implementation. D’Arrigo is a graduate of Dowling College where he studied Liberal Arts and majored in Communications. He now resides in Long Island with his wife and three children.

Since taking on their new positions at Fuse, Ms. Apostolou and Mr. Fleischer have added their talents to the network’s aggressive youth-marketing efforts. Ms. Apostolou has been aggressively spearheading strategic media initiatives for Fuse, including both consumer and trade promotion, programming announcements, special events and partnerships. She
reports directly to Fuse president Marc Juris.

Mr. Fleischer now works directly with the network’s sales force to deliver the Fuse message to both trade affiliates and advertisers wishing to target Fuse’s captive audience of 12-34 year olds. In addition, Mr. Fleischer helps develop marketing programs and other promotions that blur the line between advertising and entertainment. Mr. Fleischer reports directly to Mary Corigliano, Fuse’s Vice President of Marketing.

“With these new additions – Anthony, Theano and Evan – Fuse is amping up the network’s momentum and success,” said Marc Juris, President of Fuse. “These three are remarkably creative and talented executives who understand Fuse’s mission to deliver great music programming to music-obsessed viewers. We are proud to have them as part of the incredibly passionate and dedicated team at Fuse.”

Most recently a Vice President at The MWW Group, where she oversaw the media relations strategies for blue-chip clients including Hard Rock Caf?nternational. Prior to joining The MWW Group, Ms. Apostolou was an Account Supervisor in the Entertainment and Lifestyle division at Dan Klores Communications where she worked on high profile campaigns, including artists such as hip-hop impresario Sean “P. Diddy” Combs and Lil’ Kim, media entities including Arista Records and Redbook magazine, and lifestyle products such as MAC Cosmetics and Kate Spade. She began her career at Ketchum where she worked on award-winning campaigns for Maxwell House and Levi’s. A winner of both the Silver Anvil and a CIPRA, Ms. Apostolou studied Art History at Rutgers College and Business Administration at the American University in Athens, where she earned her Bachelors degree.

Evan Fleischer, who has a background in theater, joined Fuse from The Michael Alan Group, where as Vice President of Marketing, he developed innovative marketing promotions for clients ranging from Court TV, HBO and the USA Network, to Christian Dior, Mazda, Disney and Cingular Wireless.

In 2002, Mr. Fleischer won several industry accolades, including the Golden Reggie Award for his work on the Court TV Upfront tour. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and is a regular contributor to MediaPost.
