Fuse Keeps Viewers Up All Night With Launch of "After Party" Late Night Programming Block on October 4th

Music Network Premieres New Hour-Long Hosted Music Video Show and Three New Specials

(New York, August 8, 2004) – Fuse, the nations' only viewer-driven, all-music network, announced today that beginning on Monday, October 4, 2004, the network will launch a three-hour late night programming block consisting of a new hour-long hosted music video show, three new series specials and three existing original series.

"Our goal is to keep music lovers completely sleep deprived," said Robert Weiss, Head of Programming, Fuse. "In just 18 months, Fuse has had incredible success establishing itself as the only all music network. The After Party block extends the network's compelling flow of music shows that viewers will make appointments to watch."

Series Premiere: Monday, October 4th @ 12:30am (ET)
Only for night owls, sparks fly after dark when VJ Juliya, the outspoken metal mistress of "Uranium" who would sooner bite your tongue than bite her own, and Marianela, the hip-hop hostess of "Daily Download," get together to host this nightly video flow for the hottest videos in rock, pop, hip-hop, and metal.

Authentic Hip-Hop
Airs: Monday – Friday at 1:30am (ET)
Featuring legendary artists along with the most flavorful up and comers, Authentic Hip Hop presents the latest and greatest videos from the world of rap and hip-hop.

4Play
Airs: Monday – Friday at 2:30am (ET)
Not for the weak of heart, 4Play puts viewers on the edge of their seat with non-stop extreme sports action and rocking music videos. Presented in a four-way split screen, 4Play delivers exciting sports moments along with the hottest music videos providing the soundtrack.

The After Party late night block will also kick-off a new series, d'Fused, which gives viewers a deeper look into the hottest artists and breaking music trends. For the month of October, the first episodes will be presented in conjunction with the editors of Maxim magazine's first-ever music issue, which hits newsstands on September 16th, 2004.
