John Frieda's® Luminous Color GlazeTM and 20th Century Fox/The Devil Wears Prada Sponsor Season Three of WE's Bridezillas

Original Series Kicks Off Sunday, June 11th at 10 PM

New York, NY – June 6, 2006 – WE, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that John Frieda's® Luminous Color GlazeTM, and Twentieth Century Fox's The Devil Wears Prada will sponsor the hit signature series Bridezillas for season three. Premiering Sunday, June 11th and airing every Sunday at 10:00 PM EST/7:00 PM PST, Bridezillas takes a comedic look at how brides-to-be go from sweet to certifiable while planning their big day. The rising popularity of the show has managed to bring the term "bridezillas" into mainstream pop culture as an expression for those women who have gone from engaged to enraged. Bridezillas is a record-breaking series for WE, having gained increasing popularity from the first two seasons on the air.

As a part of the sponsorship agreement, John Frieda's® Luminous Color GlazeTM will receive billboards, customized tune-in spots, and online presence at WE, as well as inclusion in the monthly newsletter distributed to all of WE's registered users. Twentieth Century Fox will receive wraps promoting the June 30 release of The Devil Wears Prada as a part of the sponsorship. The network will feature movie clips as well as highlights the film's stars, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt. The wraps will be posted online at WE.tv along with the sponsor's logo presence, a web link and a banner ad.

"WE delivers a core demographic of women so advertisers reach the consumers to whom they are marketing," said Arlene Manos, President, Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales. "With the third season of the hit show Bridezillas, WE has built an ever-growing following of loyal viewers around an expanding lineup of original programming."

"Bridezillas" follows out of control brides on their way to the altar and proves once and for all that the picture perfect wedding doesn't just happen – it's the result of screaming, manipulation, temper tantrums and long periods of out-an-out hysteria. You'll never attend a wedding with quite the same wide-eyed innocence after you've entered this strange and terrifying world. Whether it's an ill-fitting dress, an out-of-control guest list, droopy flower arrangements, the photographer no one can stand, boring hors d'oeuvres or a mother-in-law that won't keep her nose out of the proceedings, these brides-to-be are going to make sure that whatever the problem is, it will be fixed. In season three, grooms-to-be become targets for the stress induced fury of these brides. The 18 episodes of Bridezillas season three are produced by September Films and each episode runs one hour.

The season two finale of "Bridezillas" garnered record ratings for the network. Season two's overall average HH Rtg was +195% higher over season one's. In addition, ratings grew by +69% from the premiere telecast on June 12 to the finale on July 31, demonstrating the growing popularity of the show. Season two of "Bridezillas" is currently the highest rated original series in WE tv's history to-date.**

Based on the best-selling novel, The Devil Wears Prada stars two-time Academy Award® winner Meryl Streep as high-powered fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly. Anne Hathaway also stars, as Miranda's new assistant, a small-town girl in her first job out of college, trying to navigate a world she's only glimpsed in print – while surviving her impossibly demanding new boss.
