Michael Thomsen Named Producer of the Ohio Sports Report on Fox Sports Net

CLEVELAND – Michael Thomsen (correct spelling) has joined Fox Sports Net Ohio as producer of the Ohio Sports Report. Steve Liverani, senior vice president and general manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio, made the announcement.

In his role, Thomsen will oversee the production of the Ohio Sports Report on Fox Sports Net Ohio. The Ohio Sports Report provides a comprehensive look at the world of sports from a regional perspective nightly at 10 pm or immediately following a local game. It strengthens Fox Sports Net Ohio's commitment to "hometeam coverage" by focusing on key local stories as well as important national stories and how they impact local fans.

A native of Toledo, Ohio, Thomsen comes to Fox Sports Net Ohio from
WNWO-TV in Toledo where he was a news producer since 1999. Prior to his position at WNWO, he was a producer at WSLS in Roanoke, Virginia, and WPEC in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Fox Sports Net Ohio reaches more than four million households in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, western Pennsylvania, western New York, and West Virginia.
