New York, New York – November 13, 2002 – In what is being described as a desperate plea for help to save an American treasure, muchmusic usa President Marc Juris formally asked the Secretary of Interior Gale A. Norton to designate the music video as an endangered species. In a letter issued today, Juris showcased the urgent need our country is facing, as other music networks have slowly abandoned the airing of music videos. The Endangered Species Program was established under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, to designate any species, which may be in danger of extinction.
