New York, NY, May 24, 2005 – Rainbow Media has teamed with airline provider US Airways on a deal that will bring the company's national networks- AMC, IFC, WE: Women's Entertainment- and video-on-demand service, Mag Rack, to over 600,000 passengers per month, system-wide. Original programming offerings from Rainbow's networks will air in a two-hour block on US Airway's in-flight entertainment systems aboard 767 and Airbus 330 flights. Pace Communications brokered the deal.

"This deal represents a great promotional opportunity for both Rainbow and US Airways and signifies how valuable Rainbow's networks and their respective original programming is to viewers and the community at large," said Lisa Schwartz, Senior Vice President, National Accounts & Advanced Services, Rainbow Network Sales. "We are truly excited to be able to bring our diverse program offerings to busy consumers in an uncluttered, off-channel environment."
