Ralph Cerenzio Promoted to Senior Vice President News 12 Networks Advertising Sales

NEW YORK, (June 2, 2004) – Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), the advertising subsidiary of Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, has announced the promotion of Ralph Cerenzio to Senior Vice President, Ad Sales for Rainbow Media's News 12 Networks. It was announced today by David L. Kline, President and Chief Operating Officer, RASCO.

A 22-year veteran of the company, Cerenzio, 44, most recently served as Vice President, News 12 Networks Ad Sales. In his new position as Senior Vice President, Cerenzio will develop and implement all strategic and tactical advertising sales plans for the five News 12 operations in the New York tri-state area. In addition, he will be responsible for the national and regional advertising sales for Rainbow Media's Metro Traffic & Weather channel. He will continue to report to David L. Kline. Cerenzio began his career at Cablevision's New Jersey office selling subscription sales and then headed up local ad sales for the entire state. In 1989, Cerenzio was promoted and moved to the 530 Fifth Avenue, New York City office where he is still located, to begin selling News 12 Networks to Manhattan-based ad buyers. Cerenzio, who resides in Bergen County, New Jersey, graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in Business Administration
