BETHPAGE, NY September 28, 2000 – ROMANCE CLASSICS presents the premiere of MUSIC FROM ANOTHER ROOM, a romantic comedy starring Jude Law and Gretchen Mol on Saturday, November 11 at 9:00 PM (ET).
Danny (Jude Law) is a young man believing he is destined to marry the girl he helped deliver as a five-year-old boy, when his neighbor went into emergency labor. Twenty-five years later, Danny returns to his hometown and finds the irresistible Anna Swann (Gretchen Mol), but she is happily engaged to dreamboat Eric (Jon Tenney). In pursuit of Anna, Danny entangles with the Swann family as he fights to prove that fate should never be messed with and passion should never be practical. The film also stars Jennifer Tilly, Jeremy Piven, Martha Plimpton and Brenda Blethyn.
Jude Law received an Academy Awardtm nomination for his role in THE TALENTED MR. RIPLEY (1999) co-starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Matt Damon. Gretchen Mol starred opposite Matt Damon in ROUNDERS (1998) and appeared in THE THIRTEENTH FLOOR (1999) and SWEET AND LOWDOWN (1999).
