NEW YORK, NY, January 30, 2008 Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), the advertising arm of parent company Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, announced today the appointment of Scott Collins to Senior Vice President of National Advertising Sales for WE tv. Collins was formerly Vice President of Advertising Sales for NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, USA Network and the
Sci-Fi Channel. In his new role at WE tv, Collins is charged with growing the base of advertisers interested in reaching WE tv's core audience of women who serve as the key decision makers in the home. Collins reports to Arlene Manos, President of Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales.

Collins started his career in 1986 as a research analyst at Nielson Media Research. Following that, he spent 11 years in television syndication at Eyemark Group W as an Account Executive and later was hired by A&E Television Networks as an Account Executive for A&E and the History Channel. Most recently, he spent seven years as Vice President of Ad Sales for NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, USA Network & the Sci-Fi channel.
Scott resides in Chatham, NJ with his wife Lisa, and two daughters, Megan and Katelyn.
