NEW YORK, NY – May 5, 2017 — WE tv’s new spin-off series “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition” premiered to strong ratings on Friday, April 28, delivering nearly 1.2 million total viewers in Nielsen live+3 ratings, an increase of 30% compared to the premiere of season 7 of “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.” WE tv was the #1 ad-supported cable network on Friday night in primetime and the show was #1 in its time period among women 25-54. Among adults 25-54, the premiere was up 18% and among women 25-54, it was up 11 percent compared to the season 7 premiere of “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.”

Bucking industry-wide trends, primetime ratings for WE tv are up double digits in all key demos this year over last year. WE tv has experienced its best April ever in prime among women 25-54, adults 25-54 and total viewers. Year over year, the network’s prime ratings are up 32% among women 25-54, 30% among women 18-49, 29% among adults 25-54, 24% among adults 18-49 and 15% among total viewers. The successful debut of “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition,” comes on the heels of the conclusion of record-breaking new series “Mama June: From Not to Hot” which averaged more than 2 million viewers throughout its season, and is 2017’s #1 new cable reality program.

Hit show “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” moves from mending marital drama to family drama in this new spin-off show starring Kendra Wilkinson & mom Patti Wilkinson (“Kendra on Top”), Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino & brothers Marc and Frank Sorrentino (“The Sorrentinos”), Farrah Abraham & parents Michael and Debra Abraham (“Teen Mom”) and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson & mom Paula Johnson (“Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch”).
