VOOM’s Treasure HD Premieres New Original Series Treasure Divers

Six Part High-Definition Documentary Series Contributes to Vast Library of HD Programming

New York, NY – November 6, 2006 – Treasure HD, the first and only 24/7 high-definition channel for people with a passion for collecting, announced today a new original high-definition series, Treasure Divers. The six part, hourly documentary series follows shipwreck treasure historian Captain Carl Fismer and diver instructor Captain Gary Mace and their crew as they search for sunken, buried and lost precious and historical treasures. Treasure Divers is slated to premiere second quarter, 2007. Treasure HD is one of the VOOM HD Networks, the largest and most diverse suite of high-definition channels nationwide and currently available on DISH Network.

Treasure Divers gives viewers an insider's look into historian Treasure Diver Carl Fismer and Dive Instructor Gary Mace as they venture underwater to examine treasures that have been submerged for centuries. Regions visited throughout Treasure Divers include Honduras, Key West and Jamaica.

Carl Fismer is a preeminent expert in shipwreck and artifact identification and has explored, salvaged and consulted on about 300 shipwrecks in the Bahamas, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Sri Lanka, and the Southeast United States. He has over 35 years of treasure hunting and diving experience where he has successfully recovered treasure from the Spanish Galleon wrecks of 1580, 1618, 1622, 1627, 1631, 1641, 1715, 1733 and 1800. Gary Mace owns Conch Republic Divers in the Florida Keys and is a US Coast Guard Master Captain and is a certified PADI Master Dive Instructor which is the highest recreational diver level in the PADI System of diver education. He has over 35 years of diving experience. Conch Republic Divers was recently voted the number 1 dive shop in the Florida Keys by the readers of Scuba Diving Magazine.

Treasure HD is the first television channel designed especially for collectors.
