ACT Restoring Mouthwash Sponsors WE’s Romantic Getaway Memorial Day Movie Marathon

Special Sweepstakes for A Romantic Weekend Getaway Will Be Offered to One Lucky Viewer

New York, NY – May 16, 2006 – WE: Women’s Entertainment, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that ACT Restoring Mouthwash has signed on as the exclusive sponsor of WE’s Romantic Getaway movie marathon, premiering over Memorial Day weekend. This year, in conjunction with the movie marathon, WE is also running a sweepstakes from May 19th – May 28th, where one lucky viewer will have the chance to win a cash prize to be used towards a romantic getaway trip. The Romantic Getaway movie marathon begins Saturday, May 27th at 12:30 PM EST and runs throughout Sunday, May 28th with featured films to include: Sidewalks of New York, Romancing the Stone, Forget Paris and Autumn in New York.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, ACT Restoring Mouthwash receives customized tune-in spots and online presence at WE.TV that includes a banner advertisement in the May WE.TV monthly newsletter distributed to all of WE’s registered users. ACT Restoring Mouthwash also receives customized spots touting the sweepstakes. This is the second year, in a row, that WE has premiered their Romantic Getaway movie marathon throughout Memorial Day weekend.

Today’s announcement comes on the heels of a record breaking quarter for WE, with HH ratings growth of +50% from 1Q05 (0.2 HH RTG) to 1Q06 (0.3 HH RTG). In addition, the 05/06 season is pacing to be the best in WE’s history for Prime M-Su 8p-11p delivery of HH, W18-34, W18-49 and W25-54. **
