AMC Networks Names Robert A. Voltaggio Vice President of Pricing and Planning

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – AMC Networks, which includes AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment, announced today the appointment of Robert A. Voltaggio to vice president of pricing and planning. In this new role, Voltaggio will oversee the day-to-day operations of the advertising sales support areas for the networks, including sales planning, inventory control and traffic. Based in New York Mr. Voltaggio will report to Liz Koman, senior vice president of ad sales for AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment, who made the announcement.

“AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment are rapidly expanding, on a number of levels,” said Koman. “WE is one of the fastest growing networks in terms of subscribers and ratings, and along with AMC, is entering its first Upfront as a fully ad-supported network. Bob’s vast experience and talent will be key to our success as we continue to ramp up our sales efforts.”

Voltaggio was previously vice president of sales planning for the ABC Family Network. He joined ABC Family in 1996 as an intern for national sales, and went on to hold a number of sales positions, including sales assistant, revenue planner, and director of sales planning.

Voltaggio graduated from Marist College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He resides in Long Beach, NY.
