LAS VEGAS, NV, May 9, 2007 – Today, the third day of the 2007 Cable Show, Rainbow Media announced a series of new programming and brand initiatives. Today’s announcements are part of a broad strategic plan by Rainbow specifically for this Show, which includes corporate marketing initiatives, affiliate outreach, panel appearances and booth activities.
With the constant evolution of technological developments offering operators greater content opportunities, Rainbow’s focus at the show this year will be on defining the company’s rich array of content tiers as a valuable consumer proposition in an increasingly competitive industry. Rainbow Media’s LIFESKOOL will be sponsoring The Cable Show’s Gaming Arena networking lunch on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Gaming master Jonathan Drubner, host, writer and producer of LIFESKOOL’s latest video gaming series, GAMER DOJO, will be making a guest appearance, bringing unbridled humor and commentary on the world of gaming. Also check out LIFESKOOL’s GAMER DOJO showcase in the Gaming Arena, which will feature a living room setting complete with comfy couches, HDTVs airing LIFESKOOL’s latest series on gaming instruction and an Xbox 360 loaded with some of today’s hottest new games.

AMC OPENS UP SHOP ONLINE
AMC announced today the launch of the network’s new online store at shop.amctv.com, offering a large selection of branded and specially packaged items related to the enduring cinematic programming aired on the network. AMC original programming will also be available for purchase including DVDs and merchandise from the network’s record breaking original movie-event Broken Trail as well as the hit original series Sunday Morning Shootout. In addition, iconic films that air on the network will be available to purchase in special edition DVDs and box sets including: An Affair to Remember 50th Anniversary Edition, The Dirty Dozen 40th Anniversary Edition, Saturday Night Fever 30th Anniversary Edition, The Untouchables 20th Anniversary Edition, John Wayne Legendary Heroes Collection, The Shirley Temple Collection, Stage Coach Two-Disc Special Edition, and The Godfather Trilogy. IFC.COM TO RUN SEASON 1 OF HIT ORIGINAL SERIES THE MINOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF JACKIE WOODMAN AND THE BUSINESS ONLINE, LEADING UP TO SEASON 2 NETWORK PREMEIRE
IFC will launch the first seasons of the hit original series The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman and The Business on ifc.com beginning in June. IFC’s website will stream one episode per week of the critically acclaimed series, leading up to the Season 2 Network Premiere on August 5th at 11pm EST.

WE tv LAUNCHES PICTURE PERFECT PUPPY CONTEST ONLINE
In support of WE tv’s “WE Love Puppies Block,” which features the original hit series America’s Cutest Puppy and Adventures in Doggie Day Care, the network is hosting an online Picture Perfect Puppy Contest. Viewers can upload pictures of their pups at www.we.tv and enter to win a cash prize. The puppy pics are then voted on by online viewers and the highest rated pup will win the grand prize of $5,000 and two runner ups will receive $2,500. VOOM’S RAVE HD ANNOUNCES NEW SEASON OF LATER…WITH JOOLS HOLLAND
