CLEVELAND- Fox Sports Net Ohio today announced its women's college basketball schedule for the 2001-2002 season. In addition to a full line-up of regional and national conference action, the network will also cover several conference tournaments. Steve Liverani, senior vice president and general manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio, made the announcement.
The 2001-2002 season tips-off on Saturday, December 8 at 4:00 PM with Colorado taking on UCLA.
Regional basketball action scheduled during the season includes Atlantic 10 match-ups from Xavier and Dayton, Big 10 action with Ohio State and Indiana, and a full schedule of Mid American Conference games including the Championship weekend beginning on Friday, March 8 at 12:00 PM.
In addition to a full schedule of regular season games, Fox Sports Net will also provide fans exciting conference tournament action featuring Big 12, Atlantic 10, MAC and ACC teams.
