CLEVELAND – Fox Sports Net Ohio today announced it will air six Cleveland Rockers games during the 2001 season. The six-game schedule tips-off on Saturday, June 2 as the Cleveland Rockers travel to Sacramento to face the Monarchs. Live coverage begins at 10 PM. Steve Liverani, senior vice president and general manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio made the announcement.
“As Ohio’s only regional sports network, Fox Sports Net welcomes the return of the Cleveland Rockers to our programming line-up,” said Liverani. “The Rockers have terrific fans and we’re sure they will provide them with another great season of exciting basketball action.”
Returning courtside on Fox Sports Net for his fifth season as the play-by-play voice of the Rockers is Mike Snyder. And joining Mike this year as color analyst is former Rocker and All-WNBA First Team All-Star Suzie McConnell Serio.
