FSN Ohio Names Mark Price Color Analyst for Cleveland Cavaliers Telecasts

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Mark Price has joined the FSN Ohio team as color analyst for coverage of Cleveland Cavaliers basketball action beginning with the 2004-'05 season. Steve Liverani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FSN Ohio, made the announcement.

Price will join veteran play-by-play man Michael Reghi for the complete 40-game Cavaliers schedule on FSN Ohio. The telecast schedule will be released shortly.

"The name Mark Price is synonymous with some of the best teams in Cavaliers history," said Liverani. "We are proud to have Mark join Michael Reghi on FSN Ohio's coverage of this new and exciting era of Cleveland Cavaliers basketball."

The former Cavalier averaged 15.2 points and 6.7 assists throughout his NBA career, and achieved All-Star status four of his 12 professional years. He currently holds five Cavaliers franchise career records, including: assists, steals, free throw percentage, and three-point field goals made and attempted.

Price also made over 40 percent of his three-point shots, and scored over ten thousand points during his career. He captured the NBA long-distance shootout title twice during All-Star weekend festivities.

"I have wonderful memories of my years playing for the Cavaliers," Price said. "I am enthusiastic about being part of the broadcast team on FSN Ohio for Cavaliers games this upcoming season."

"We think Mark Price is a tremendous addition to the FSN Ohio Cavaliers broadcast team and we couldn't be happier to have Mark back in this key role with the franchise," said Len Komoroski, President, Cavaliers/Gund Arena Company.

Price retired from the NBA in 1998. He and his wife Laura, along with their four children currently reside in Georgia.
