New York, NY – June 19, 2006 – fuse, the nation’s only viewer-influenced, music television network, announced today three appointments to the network’s development team. Alex Campbell was promoted to Vice President of Development, Danny Passman was appointed Director of Development of Original Programming, and Elma Cremin was appointed to Director of Acquisitions. Collectively, the team is charged with overseeing the development of music series, special events and strategic acquisitions for fuse. The team reports directly to Catherine Mullen, Executive Vice President and General Manger for fuse.

Earlier this year, Catherine Mullen joined fuse to lead the network in its programming, marketing and development activities across new media platforms. Since her arrival, she has expanded the infrastructure and led milestone initiatives including the unveiling of fuse’s new television studio and street-front marquee across from Madison Square Garden, spearheading the launch of the channel’s new music television show Pants-Off Dance-Off; and implementing a new concert special Breaking the Record: Red Hot Chili Peppers.

“The fuse development team demonstrates the channel’s growth and dedication to expanding our content across all media platforms, while staying committed to interactivity, edginess and music-centric programming,” Catherine Mullen, Executive Vice President and General Manager for fuse. “With their collective skill-set, all three bring valuable credentials to fuse. We look forward to the team’s progression at fuse as we continue to serve our young-adult viewers.”

Campbell was previously Vice President of Programming and Production at fuse and responsible for overseeing all current series and specials, production management, and all aspects of fuse’s on-air promotions and packaging. Prior to joining fuse, Campbell worked at VH1, where he served as a Director of Development, responsible for executive production, creating alternate concepts for new television programs and business development. His production background includes various posts held at ABC, NBC, UPN, and USA. He earned a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Alabama.

Passman spent the past three years at VH1 working in series development, before signing on with fuse. Formerly, he was responsible for developing an assortment of scripted drama and comedy series for various networks. Passman has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston University.

Before arriving at fuse, Cremin was a Programming Consultant at Lime Media and responsible for acquiring content for all platforms, negotiating contracts with distributors and filmmakers to maximize leverage, developing strategic partnerships, tracking works in progress and developing programming stunts with brand fitting themes. Prior to Lime Media, Cremin was Director of Acquisitions at TRIO, where she was responsible for curating all stunt programming, specials and inventory programming. Before TRIO, Cremin served as Programming Consultant for MetroTV in New York where she researched content and programming. She worked as Manager of Promotions at Sundance Channel beforehand.
