Hanna Gryncwajg Appointed Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales & Marketing Strategy for Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation

NEW YORK, NY, August 29, 2005-Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO) announced today the appointment of Hanna Gryncwajg to Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing Strategy. Gryncwajg is charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations for RASCO's national ad sales offices in Detroit and Los Angeles and will direct integration and major marketing initiatives for Rainbow Media's national networks, AMC, IFC and WE: Women's Entertainment. She reports to Arlene Manos, President of Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales.

Gryncwajg returns to RASCO after more than two years with NBC, where she served as Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales for Bravo, a former network of Rainbow Media, which was sold to NBC in December 2002. In that role, she oversaw the strategic development and implementation of Bravo's sales strategy and revenue, and worked in tandem with Bravo's programming and marketing departments to develop marketing and promotional platforms that maximize revenue. While at NBC, Gryncwajg was responsible for double digit ad revenue growth for Bravo each year.

"Hanna's return continues our commitment to strategic planning in the ad sales marketplace to create further value for the Rainbow brands" said Manos. "Her extensive knowledge of the cable industry combined with her ad sales experience, provides her with a keen insight that is valuable."

In her key role as the liaison between AMC and WE: Women's Entertainment's programming and marketing departments, she will look to incorporate this information into development opportunities for the ad sales market. Gryncwajg also leads the charge in developing market strategies for program integration and upfront planning.

During her first tenure with RASCO, Gryncwajg served in escalating positions of responsibility, beginning as Director of Advertising Sales for Bravo Networks, comprised of Bravo and The Independent Film Channel (IFC), in February 1998. In March of 1999 she was promoted to Vice President, following by a promotion to Senior Vice President in July of 2000. Gryncwajg was instrumental in Bravo's successful transition to an ad supported network, and quadrupled the network's advertising sales revenue in her first four years while simultaneously growing the sales force through the opening of sales offices nationally.

Prior to joining Bravo and IFC, Gryncwajg amassed more than 20 years of cable and broadcast advertising and sales management experience. She was vice president of advertising sales at Turner Broadcasting and spent three years as an account director at MTV Networks. Prior to coming to New York, she spent eleven years at KTTV Los Angeles where she served in various capacities including national sales manager.

Gryncwajg received her Associate's Degree in Advertising and Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She currently resides in Larchmont, New York.
