The Independent Film Channel (IFC) today announced multi-platform coverage of several groundbreaking independent film events in 2001 including the Sundance Film Festival, South By Southwest (SXSW), and The Independent Spirit Awards.

Each festival and award show highlights the outstanding achievements in independent film from up-and-coming to world-renowned filmmakers and actors.
