(Boston, Massachusetts, July 19, 2004) – Rainbow Media Holdings LLC Network Sales hosts CTAM Summit’s Monday night party with a performance by Jackson Browne: July 19, at Avalon, 15 Lansdowne Street, 9:00 p.m.-12:00 midnight. All CTAM Summit attendees are invited.
Concert attendees will be taken to and from the Jackson Brown party thanks to Ultimate Film Fanatic, a recently launched series from The Independent Film Channel (IFC). Ultimate Film Fanatic will sponsor shuttle buses to and from the Boston Sheraton, Westin Copley Place and Marriott Copley Place hotels, with hosts on the buses asking trivia questions and giving away prizes. Special guest host will be IFC’s own senior vice president of marketing, Evan Shapiro. Buses will run from 8:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
IFC also kicks off its summer-long promotion: IFC Presents Ultimate Film Fanatic, a new film fan competition series with a four-week stay in Boston. The tour, the most extensive promotional event in IFC history, will be staged at Loews Cineplex Entertainment theaters and other venues throughout the area. Moviegoers and local VIPs are invited to answer film fanatic trivia, adapted from the Ultimate Film Fanatic television series which airs Friday nights at 10:30 PM ET/PT on IFC, to win prizes and bragging rights as a master of the film domain.
