Kim Woods Joins AMC Networks as Director, Western Region Ad Sales

JERICHO, New York, July 2, 2002 — Kim Woods has joined AMC Networks as Director, Western Region Ad Sales, AMC Networks, it was announced today by Liz Koman, Senior Vice President, AMC Networks.

Reporting to Koman, Kim will be responsible for managing the west coast office for the national sales effort for AMC and WE: WOMEN’S ENTERTAINMENT. “As AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment enter the advertising marketplace, I am thrilled to have Kim on the team,” says Koman. “Her extensive knowledge of the industry and invaluable relationships will be an asset to both brands.” Woods is currently hiring a staff for the Western Region.

Prior to joining AMC Networks, Woods was Director, Integrated Sales & Marketing for Gemstar-TV Guide, where she was responsible for the management of integrated sales and marketing programs incorporating TV Guide Channel, Magazines, Online, and Interactive Program Guide. Prior to that Woods was a Senior Ad Sales Account Executive for Discovery Networks and also Turner Entertainment Networks.

Woods is a graduate of Adelphia University, New York, where she has a BA in Communications and Marketing. She currently resides in Agoura Hills, California.
