Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation Announces New Hire and Promotions to Senior Management Team

Bethpage, NY – David Kline, President and COO of Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), today announced two key executive promotions and a new hire.

Promotions:
J. Brian Gault was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for RASCO, from Senior Vice President. Mr. Gault’s primary responsibilities will be to work with each of RASCO’s business units to develop the core strategies, corporate infrastructure, and sales tools necessary to drive RASCO’s success in the advertising marketplace. In his expanded role, Mr. Gault will manage all shared RASCO departments including Finance, Creative Services, Administration, Operations and Integrated Sales. Additionally, he will act as a primary liaison with Cablevision and Rainbow corporate departments for Research and IS functions. He will continue to report directly to David Kline, RASCO President and COO.

Ms. Kimberly Norris was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales – Local Division (selling inventory provided by satellite networks for Cablevision Systems), from Vice President. A Cablevision employee for the past nineteen years, she will report directly to the Robert Sullivan, Executive Vice President of Ad Sales for RASCO. In her expanded role, Ms. Norris will be responsible for leading all facets of the business including strategic sales planning and marketing, financial planning, budgeting and analysis, and personnel and customer development. Ms. Norris is charged with developing a strong sales organization and defining the sales strategy and philosophy for the field. She will manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports.

New Hire:
Robert C. Dahill was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President of Ad Sales for MuchMusic USA. In his new role, Mr. Dahill will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all ad sales related functions, including managing an expanding sales staff of fifteen, setting and implementing sales strategies and creating revenue goals. As the senior MuchMusic Ad Sales representative, Mr. Dahill will be working directly with MuchMusic USA senior management to align sales objectives and strategies with overall network goals. In addition, he will act as a liaison between MuchMusic USA, the national ad sales division and advertising/media buying agencies. He will report directly to Chris Kager, President of Rainbow National Network Sales. Mr. Dahill joins Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation from Focus One Media Group, where he was most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager for their North American operations. Previously he held positions with Columbia Tristar Television, The Family Channel, Paramount Domestic Television and ABC.
