Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO) Promotes Mark Berlinsky to Director of Integrated Sales

(Jericho, NY) – August 14, 2001 – Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), the advertising subsidiary of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc. and the cable industry's largest and most diverse advertising representation firm, announced today the promotion of Mark Berlinsky to director of integrated sales. Mr. Berlinsky will report directly to executive vice president of operations J. Brian Gault.

Mr. Berlinsky will be responsible for creating, selling and executing cross-platform advertising and marketing packages with advertisers across all national and regional Cablevision entities, such as American Movie Classics, Bravo, The Wiz, Clearview Cinemas, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and News 12.

Mr. Berlinsky brings more than ten years of experience in integrated advertising sponsorships and has coordinated national and regional marketing packages with New York's most prominent sports teams including the Mets, Yankees, Knicks, Rangers, and Islanders, Jets and Devils.

Mr. Berlinsky joined Cablevision in 1986, as an associate producer for SportsChannel. He was promoted to sales manager at SportsChannel in 1994. Most recently, he served as an advertising sales manager for MetroChannels.
Prior to Cablevision, Mr. Berlinsky was an assistant director of sports sales at WFAN Sports Radio and began his career with CBS Spot Sales as a sales associate.

He graduated in 1986 with a B.A. in Communications from Hofstra University.
