Mag Rack Now Available to 1.6 Million Digital Customers
(New York, NY, September 3, 2002) – Mag Rack, the exclusive video-on-demand (VOD) service of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc., has signed a multi-year distribution agreement with Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR). Charter will offer Mag Rack to its digital, VOD-enabled customers in four major markets, giving some 325,000 customers access to the only service designed for and exclusively available on VOD. The agreement is Mag Rack‘s third with a national cable operator, raising Mag Rack‘s availability to a total of 1.6 million VOD-enabled digital cable customers.
