Red Hot Reds Continue to Heat Up on Fox Sports Net

CINCINNATI – Cincinnati Reds baseball on Fox Sports Net is heating up! Over the past weekend (Friday, Saturday and Monday nights), Fox Sports Net was ranked #2 in prime time viewership in the Cincinnati market. Only CBS programming had higher numbers.

• 
  Earning a 6.2 household rating on Friday (5/21), the Reds on Fox Sports Net topped the following programs: Daytime Emmy Awards on NBC (5.3), "Legally Blonde" on FOX (5.7), and 20/20 on ABC (4.6).

• With a 6.6 rating on Saturday (5/22), Fox Sports Net beat the following programs: "Jurassic Park" on NBC (2.9), Nick and Jessica on ABC (2.1), and the 10 pm news on FOX (5.6).

• And, notching a 7.8 rating on Monday (5/24), the Reds/Astros game toppled: Fear Factor (4.5) and Law & Order (3.8) on NBC, "A Beautiful Mind" on ABC (3.5), and the Swan on FOX (4.09).
  

The trend continued last night as the Reds/Marlins rating on Fox Sports Net checked in with an 8.3 rating. (A 1.0 rating equates to 8,700 homes in the Cincinnati market).

Catch the Reds on Fox Sports Net tonight and Friday as they take on the Marlins and Expos. The action begins at 6:30 pm with Real Reds followed by the game at 7 pm.
