VOOM HD Networks Greg Moyer to Discuss Expanding Role of HD Content in the Media Marketplace on Tuesday, August 23 at HDTV Conference 2005

New York, NY, August 22, 2005 – Greg Moyer, Co-General Manager of VOOM HD Networks, the largest and most diverse suite of HD networks nationwide, will be a featured panelist at DisplaySearch's HDTV Conference 2005 "The Future of Television." The panel, "Expanding Current and Next Generation HD", will be held at 9:10 am on Tuesday, August 23 at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

The panel will explore the development of HD content, along with the current and future state of HD offerings. Emphasis will be placed on movie studios' plans to release HD content on next generation DVD's, increasing the demand for higher resolution televisions. In addition to addressing these important issues, Moyer will look to discuss VOOM HD Networks proactive approach, by focusing on producing ground-breaking HD original programming, maintaining an unparalleled library of HD content, investing in key HD acquisitions and creating a diverse collection of valuable niche-oriented brands.
