WE tv Extends Brand With Launch of New Online Store

New York, NY, December 5, 2006 – WE tv announced today the launch of the network's new online store at www.we.tv/shop, offering a large selection of branded merchandise that reflects the personality of the network and appeals to the WE audience. Recently, WE established its new tagline "WE Have More Fun" in an effort to redefine the brand and symbolize the spirit of the network. Capturing that new look and feel, the store will also provide a valuable opportunity for network sponsors. As an official sponsor of WE's upcoming original series Dirty Dancing, Maybelline New York will be the first advertiser to make exclusive merchandise available to the online store with specially packaged cosmetic collections. The products from the collections will be integrated throughout the series and available for sale on the WE site. The eight-part, one-hour series based on the 1987 hit movie of the same name, is hosted by professional choreographer Cris Judd and premieres December 6, 2006.

The WE online store represents another step in the growth and expansion of the network. WE's substantial increase in original programming, with such breakout hits as Bridezillas, has resulted in record ratings for the network and further established overall brand awareness. Bridezillas DVDs, along with other bridal-themed products, will be among the items available for purchase online.
