NEW YORK, NY – August 13, 2020 – WE tv announced today that they have re-upped a distribution agreement with leading global unscripted distributor, Off the Fence. WE tv and Off the Fence have been partners for over a decade. This agreement will see Off the Fence distributing more than 1,200 hours of all media content internationally and on the domestic side, 1,000+ hours of second window linear television.

WE tv has solidified itself as a leader in unscripted television, fuelled by its popular franchises and authentic, relatable storytelling, including the word-of-mouth viral phenomenon Love After Lockup, which chronicles couples making the complicated transition to love on the ‘outside’ when one partner is released from prison, as well as docuseries franchise Growing Up Hip Hop, which follows the next generation of hip hop royalty. WE tv’s slate of original programming includes: Growing Up Hip Hop (73 x 60′), Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta (38 x 60′) and Growing Up Hip Hop: New York (11 x 60’ and 2 x 90’), Love After Lockup (36 x 60′, 2 x 90’ and 1 x 120’) and Love After Lockup: Life After Lockup (23 x 60’), the popular spinoff following favorite “Lockup” couples as they build their post-prison lives.

The WE tv slate also includes Beyond the Pole (7 x 60’), which explores the world of some of Atlanta’s most famous strippers,  the Angie Martinez hosted docuseries Untold Stories of Hip Hop (6 x 60’), Waka & Tammy: What The Flocka (6 x 60’), hour-long documentary Power, Influence & Hip-Hop: The Remarkable Rise of So So Def, LA Hair, and Patti Stanger’s Million Dollar Matchmaker, among many others. WE tv’s brand defining shows continue to make the network the #1 cable destination for African American women on Thursday and Friday nights.
