WE: Women’s Entertainment To Premiere Third Season Of Original Series ‘Great Romances,’ December 4, 2000

John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Paul and Linda McCartney, John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette To Be Profiled

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, November 29, 2000 – WE: WOMEN’S ENTERTAINMENT will premiere twenty-six new episodes of the original series, GREAT ROMANCES, beginning December 4, 2000. The series recounts legendary love affairs of prominent public figures. John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, Mikhail and Raisa Gorbachev, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Paul and Linda McCartney, Candice Bergen and Louis Malle, and Shirley Temple and Charles Black are among the prominent couples featured in the new season. The premiere episode, airing December 4 at 8:00 p.m., features one of the greatest love stories in rock and roll history, John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
